1. About the service

FamilyWallet is a web application for tracking a household's expenses, installments, subscriptions, budgets and savings goals. The service is provided "as is", without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and invitation code safe.
• People you give the invitation code to can see and modify all household data. Only share the code with people you trust.

3. The data you enter

Your financial data remains yours. You can export or delete it at any time from Settings. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

4. The AI assistant

Text messages, audio messages and receipt photos are processed by artificial intelligence providers to extract amounts, categories and answers. The assistant can make mistakes; verify important amounts. Information provided by the assistant does not constitute financial, tax or legal advice.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not upload illegal content or other people's data without their consent.
• Do not try to access other households' data and do not overload the service automatically.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Subscriptions

The app has a free plan with limits and a Premium plan with recurring payment. Prices and limits may be updated, with prior notice. You can cancel at any time; Premium access remains active until the end of the paid period.

7. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for financial decisions made based on information from the app, for data loss caused by external factors, or for interruptions of third-party services.
