Privacy policy

1. What data we collect

• Account: email address, display name and, optionally, the data provided by Google at sign-in.
• Financial data: the transactions, installments, subscriptions, budgets, goals and accounts you enter.
• Content sent to the assistant: text messages, audio recordings and receipt photos.
• Minimal technical data: error logs necessary for the service to function.

2. Why we use it

Exclusively to provide the app: displaying the budget, calculating reports, reminding you of due dates and the assistant's answers. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Processing by artificial intelligence

Messages, audio recordings and receipt photos are sent to an AI model provider for transcription and interpretation. This content is processed to generate the response and to create the records in your account. Avoid writing sensitive data in the chat (passwords, CVV codes, full card numbers).

4. Who else has access

• The other members of your household — they see and can modify all shared data.
• Our infrastructure providers (hosting, database) and AI service providers.
• Authorities, only if required by law.

5. Security

Data is stored encrypted in transit and isolated at the household level through row-level access rules, so that one account cannot read another household's data.

6. How long we keep data

We keep data for as long as the account is active. When you delete your account, your data and the households in which you remained the only member are permanently deleted.

7. Your rights (GDPR)

• Access and portability: the "Export my data" button in Settings.
• Rectification: you can edit any record directly in the app.
• Deletion: the "Delete account" button in Settings.
• Objection and complaint: you can write to us at any time or contact ANSPDCP.

8. Cookies and local storage

We only use strictly necessary local storage: the authentication session, the active account preference and the app's offline memory. We do not use advertising tracking cookies.
